A renovation involves designers, contractors, joiners and suppliers, often over many months. We bring them under one roof, so you have one point of contact and one plan. Design and building work are planned together. Layouts, materials, joinery and technical installations are resolved before work starts on site, not improvised during it. We manage the budget and the programme, supervise the site and keep you informed throughout, whether you are in Marbella or abroad. Before work starts, we collect quotations from trusted contractors and compare them on cost, scope and value, so the budget is clear from day one.

In Los Arqueros, a complete renovation was designed and coordinated around the owners' way of life over six months.

Renovation questions
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope. Our recent renovations took six to eight months: Los Arqueros took six, Penthouse Los Balcones seven and La Quinta Townhouse eight. Larger architectural and turnkey projects can take up to eighteen months.
What does a renovation in Marbella cost?
Every renovation is priced on its scope. As a guide, recent budgets have ranged from €130K–€160K for the full renovation of a residence in Los Arqueros to €250K–€300K for a complete penthouse renovation in Los Balcones.
How do you keep the budget under control?
Before work starts, we collect quotations from trusted contractors, review them against the design specifications, and prepare a clear overview comparing cost, scope and value. During the works, we manage the budget and timeline and supervise the site, with regular site reports.
What is the difference between a renovation and a turnkey project?
A renovation ends when the building work is complete. A turnkey project continues through furniture, procurement, installation and styling, to the handover of a home ready to live in.
Do you manage the contractors and the building work?
Yes. We project-manage the renovation: we coordinate contractors, suppliers and consultants, manage the budget and timeline, and supervise the site through to completion.
Can you run the renovation while we live abroad?
Yes. We work with clients across Spain and internationally, and keep you updated throughout with regular site reports, so you don't need to be in Marbella during the works.
