Overview :
La Quinta Townhouse is a complete turnkey transformation of a residence in the hills of Marbella, designed to create a warm and considered home for contemporary Mediterranean living.
Concept Living was involved throughout the entire process, from the initial design concept and spatial planning to material selection, bespoke joinery, lighting, FF&E, procurement, installation and final styling.
A restrained palette of warm neutrals, natural textures and rich wood tones connects the interiors throughout the home, while carefully considered details create a relaxed balance between Scandinavian simplicity and its Mediterranean setting.

Constraints :
The project required a cohesive approach across the entire townhouse, bringing architecture, interiors, furnishings and outdoor living together as one complete concept.
Each decision, from layouts and built-in elements to lighting, materials and furniture, needed to work both individually and as part of the wider design language. The objective was to create a home that felt considered throughout while remaining comfortable and practical for everyday living.

Outcome :
The completed townhouse feels warm, calm and distinctly connected to its Marbella setting. Soft neutral tones, natural materials and bespoke details create continuity throughout the interiors, while the terraces extend the same design language outdoors.
Delivered as a complete turnkey project, the home was finished down to the final layer, furniture, lighting, textiles, accessories and styling, creating a residence ready to be lived in from day one.
