Overview :
Located within Los Arrayanes Golf in Los Arqueros, this residence underwent a complete renovation tailored to the needs and lifestyle of its owners.
Our involvement extended from the overall renovation and project coordination to key design decisions, material selections and interior details. The objective was to create a home that felt more contemporary and considered, while remaining warm, functional and suited to everyday living.
Working closely with the clients throughout the process, we translated their requirements into a cohesive design direction and coordinated the different elements of the renovation through to completion.
Constraints :
The clients approached us with a clear ambition: to completely update the property and create a home that better reflected how they wanted to live.
The project required a balance between aesthetic transformation and practical improvements, with each decision considered as part of the wider composition. From spatial and material choices to finishes and interior details, the renovation was developed around the clients’ individual needs rather than a predefined design formula.
Outcome :
A complete transformation shaped around the clients’ lifestyle, resulting in a refined and cohesive home where functionality, materials and design come together naturally.
