A project is considered confirmed only after written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed deposit.

Where external contractors or suppliers are involved, their own terms and conditions may also apply.

4. Payments

Payment schedules are agreed individually for each project.

Invoices must be settled according to the agreed payment terms.

Delays caused by missing information, third-party contractors or unforeseen site conditions may affect project timelines.

All concepts, drawings, mood boards, layouts, renderings, specifications, photography and other creative material produced by Concept Living Marbella remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No material may be reproduced, copied, published or commercially used without prior written permission.
