Developed as a pre-sale interior concept, Beachside Residence was designed to strengthen the property's market appeal while celebrating its privileged coastal location in San Pedro de Alcántara.
Rather than altering the architecture, the project focused on refining the interior experience through carefully selected materials, furniture and styling. Every intervention was intended to create an atmosphere that feels bright, timeless and effortlessly connected to Mediterranean living.
The result is a presentation that enhances both the lifestyle narrative and the property's perceived value.
